Our employee-centric client is looking for an Assistant Registered Manager to be responsible for the service’s operational day-to-day management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and would suit someone with strong leadership skills who is able to coach, mentor and develop a team and support their personal and professional growth to enable them to contribute value to the business.

Monday to Friday (8 am-4 pm/9 am-5 pm)
Type of Role
The Role
- To ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that they are aware of the relevant regulations that apply to the service being managed and uphold regular review for compliance auditing.
- The company is in its infancy, so this role will involve assisting the Registered Manager in building upon the existing client base.
- To provide strong leadership of the administration, transition, care, and people management that are aligned with company core values.
- Have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of current standards and regulations.
- To maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the organization, within the financial budget or other parameters set out.
- To maintain Care and management skills at the current level and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain that standard of practice and network within the forums and events to build relationships.
- To manage the services within the business in accordance with standards agreed and in line with accepted best practices.
The Requirements
- Hold current qualifications relevant to health and social care within the industry – level 5.
- Have experience in effectively managing services with adults and young children with disabilities/challenging behaviour
- Have experience with working with local authorities, families, supervisions, inductions and training.
- Have experience in undertaking risk assessments, care planning and reviews with multiple teams of relevant professional bodies.
