Our employee-centric client is looking for a Care Coordinator to undertake this varied role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company.


£23k-£25k (depending on experience)




Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm (some flexibility) plus on-call

Type of Role

Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week

The Role

  • Support the Registered Manager in meetings and diary management, supporting their diaries in their absence, creating 1:1 meetings and as required responding to emails/meeting requests.
  • Research venues and events management and costings
  • Work with the Registered Manager on new business proposals using Word
  • Data analysis and data inputting of safeguarding/complaints and incident management
  • Deal with messages and act as an Ambassador for the Group’s brands
  • Attend meetings where required via Teams/Zoom to take minutes/action notes for meetings
  • Liaise with the other PAs across the business to work to create excellent meetings that are agile and necessary.
  • Information and IT – to ensure that all clinical and quality systems are GDPR compliant, that is robust and fit for purpose, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance to quality management systems.
  • Ensure liaison with the care teams
  • Log complaints and incidents and ensure elevated to Head of Clinical Governance when not compliant.
  • To maintain care and management systems and review care notes, raising issues with the Registered Manager.

The Requirements

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent IT knowledge – in particular, Microsoft Office
  • Safeguarding knowledge
  • Working across multiple teams of people and skillsets
  • Around 2 years care sector experience
  • Experience devising care plans
  • Experience in undertaking assessments in the community sector
  • Excellent English both written and oral.
