The role will involve, albeit not limited to, the following:

• Acting as the first point of contact for any incoming queries
• Preparing and putting together manuals and documents for customers
• Contacting customers to book their delivery
• Dealing with a variety of people
• Releasing relevant information to the warehouse and constantly communicating with them
• General basic admin using emails (Outlook), Word and the company’s bespoke systems, which the candidate will receive training on
• The small team works very closely together, so the role may also involve helping colleagues with other tasks during busy periods.
• This can be hectic at times, involving managing a high volume of incoming and conflicting demands.

Training: Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role; however, candidates must be willing to learn.
