Our client is a dynamic and growing company that aims to lead the office equipment sector across the South West and South Wales. They have offices across these regions and pride themselves on offering excellent service and innovative solutions to their customers.
Salary
£29,400 plus uncapped commission, OTE £45k

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm

The Role
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving new business while also managing and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your main focus will be achieving sales targets, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With the support of the company’s dedicated technical team and comprehensive training, you’ll have the tools to succeed and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management: Split your time between acquiring new business and managing existing accounts, driving upgrades, and add-on sales.
- Client Engagement: Meet with customers and prospects both remotely and in person to present tailored solutions.
- CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate details of all customer interactions.
- Sales Proposals: Create proposals that meet customer needs while ensuring profitability.
- Post-Sale Support: Ensure timely installation and training for customers, maintaining a high level of service throughout the sales cycle.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on our products and market trends to better serve clients and develop your sales expertise.

- Team Structure: You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team of 7 field sales, 2 telesales, and a Sales Director.

The Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years B2B field sales experience (preferably in the office equipment industry or a related industry such as IT sales).
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and speaking with decision-makers.
- An ability to self-generate leads and appointments (while supported by the telesales team).
- Ambition and drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Full UK driving license and a willingness to travel within your designated area.
