They’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help them grow their client base and introduce their services to new businesses ready to embrace IT success.

The Role
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in generating qualified leads and booking first-time appointments with prospective clients. You’ll be the spark that starts the client journey—whether through cold outreach, networking, social selling, or collaborating with our marketing team.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Identifying and qualifying leads across various industries
- Booking appointments and creating opportunities for the wider sales team
- Nurturing warm prospects and managing your CRM like a pro
- Working closely with marketing to align outreach with campaigns
- Attending networking events and occasionally meeting prospects in person

The Requirements
You don’t need to be a tech expert—but you do need to be:
- A confident communicator with B2B sales or telemarketing experience
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
- Skilled in CRM systems and pipeline management
- Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build rapport fast
- Organised, professional, and always up for a challenge
- Willing to travel occasionally for events and client visits (own vehicle required)
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in an MSP or tech sales environment
- Familiarity with structured sales processes (like TruMethods)
- A good grasp of business technology solutions
- Awareness of information security (ISO27001, Cyber Essentials)
