Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their dynamic teams in either their Barnstaple or Halwill office. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in the success of an expanding agency, with excellent potential for personal and professional development.

£20k-£28k depending on level of experience.

Hours

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm.

Type of Role

Full-time/Part-time, permanent role.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote financial and insurance services to potential new customers.
  • Contribute to creative marketing campaigns alongside a talented and dynamic team.
  • Follow up with prospects who have received marketing materials, providing expert advice and promoting our products.
  • Engage with high-net-worth clients and businesses, offering them tailored solutions.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals. (No cold calling required!)
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring a professional and compliant sales experience.
  • Maximise sales opportunities, using an excellent telephone manner to connect with customers and drive sales.

The Requirements

What They’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in telesales or lead generation role (preferably in insurance or financial services).
  • A friendly, approachable nature with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding telephone communication skills – you must be comfortable reaching out to customers and speaking with confidence.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach, with a passion for learning and personal growth.
  • Good IT and administrative skills.
  • The right to work in the UK and the ability to commute to one of the company’s offices (Barnstaple or Halwill).
  • The successful candidate will be required to have a clear DBS check and financial health assessment.
