Our client is an innovative and expanding company striving to become a leader in the office equipment industry across the South West and South Wales. With multiple offices in the region, they take pride in providing outstanding service and cutting-edge solutions to their clients.
Salary
£29,400 plus uncapped commission, OTE £45k

The Role
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be tasked with driving new business initiatives while managing and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your main objectives will be to meet sales targets, enhance profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction. With the backing of the company’s dedicated technical team and thorough training, you will have the resources needed to thrive and advance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management: Divide your time between generating new business and overseeing current accounts, focusing on upgrades and add-on sales.
- Client Engagement: Connect with customers and prospects remotely and in person to deliver customized solutions.
- CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Sales Proposals: Develop proposals that align with customer needs while ensuring profitability.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide timely installation and training for customers, maintaining a high level of service throughout the sales process.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about products and market trends to better assist clients and grow your sales expertise.

Additional Information:

The Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in B2B field sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the office equipment industry or a related field such as IT sales, where understanding client needs is crucial.
- A demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, showcasing the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- A proactive approach to lead generation, adept at identifying potential clients and securing appointments independently, while also benefiting from the support of a dedicated telesales team to enhance outreach efforts.
- A strong ambition and a relentless drive to excel in a fast-paced and competitive market, always striving to exceed personal and team goals.
- Possession of a full UK driving license, with a readiness and eagerness to travel extensively within your designated territory to meet clients and expand business opportunities.
