Our client is looking for a Care Coordinator to join their team to service their existing client base in the healthcare industry to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth across all accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, forward-thinking and fast-growing company who prides itself on its people-centred approach (employees and clients).
The successful candidate will support the Senior Registered Manager and work alongside the small and friendly team of 3 other individuals.

Edgbaston, Birmingham (hybrid working may be considered after 6-month probation period has been completed).

The Role
The role will involve:
- Ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients
- Developing client relationships
- Providing an excellent customer service at all times
- Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction
- Assisting with staff rotas (managed between 3 in the team)
- Dealing with client queries
- Composing care plans and risk assessments alongside the Registered Manager
The Requirements
Candidates must:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in the healthcare industry
- Ideally NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Have experience with/knowledge of CQC
- Have experience using relevant business software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Possess a full, UK driving licence
- Take a consultative approach
- Be passionate about providing an excellent customer service
- Have experience of composing care plans and risk assessments
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be confident, presentable, professional and friendly
- Be honest in their approach, committed and trustworthy
- Be empathetic and positive
- Be IT literate.
