This well-established company specialises in the design of bespoke kitchens and bathrooms and serves both B2B and B2C clients.

Monday to Friday: 08:45 AM—5:15 PM, Saturday: 08:45 AM—3:15 PM (with 1 in 3 Saturdays off). Weekly hours: 37.5 hours/week (with Saturday off), 35.5 hours/week (with a nominated day off during the week).

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the showroom, guiding them through the design process.
- Lead clients through innovative and trending design options to create bespoke kitchen and bathroom designs.
- Utilize CAD software (Winner Flex and Virtual Worlds: the company’s key software) to bring concepts to life.
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure design solutions meet customer needs and space constraints (company car is provided).
- Focus on sales, upselling, and closing deals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Provide essential project management, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- No cold calling is required; only light outreach involves the distribution of company brochures to potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with the Showroom Manager and team to meet targets and uphold the company’s reputation for high-quality service.

The Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen design or interior design using CAD software.
- Good understanding of design trends, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
- Ability to manage client expectations and design projects from concept to completion.
- A full, UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell and close sales.
- Experience with Winner Flex and Virtual Worlds software (preferred, but training will be provided).
