Our client is a progressive and expanding company with offices across the South West and Wales. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm (1-hour lunch break).
Type of Role
The Role
The role will involve:
- Communicating via the telephone and/or email with new customers to book appointments for the company’s sales team.
- Building rapport and a good business relationship with new customers.
Targets: There are no specific targets. The focus is on quality of meetings arranged rather than quantity. However, any appointments made and converted by the sales team will secure a £50 bonus.
Training: Company, product and process training will be provided.
Career progression: There is genuine progression to a field sales role in time for the right candidate.
Start date: ASAP for the right candidate.
The Requirements
Required skills.
- Previous telesales/outbound calling experience (ideally business-to-business).
- Confident and comfortable objection handling.
- Pleasant yet determined telephone manner.
- Goal-orientated.
- Reliable and team spirited.
- Able to take guidance and work well with others.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Database/CRM competent
