KME have had a successful year and as such we are looking to expand our business and take on a new Recruitment Consultant.

It would be useful to have people’s thoughts please – as a Recruitment Consultant would you rather have:

A) A basic salary with decent commission or,
B) No basic and fantastic commission?

There would be much greater earning potential with the ‘no basic’ option, however, would the lack of a secure salary put people off?
