The Role
As a Telecom Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customer service queries. You’ll be responsible for providing top-notch support across a range of business telecoms and mobile products. The Requirements
- A tenacious attitude with a focus on first-time resolution.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, engaging personality.
- Experience in a customer service or support environment (2 years preferred).
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively.
- Experience with ticketing platforms (Zendesk) and telecoms (mobile/hosted telephony/connectivity) is beneficial.
